By using this website or submitting a quote request to JRV Spares, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These govern the use of our website, communication, quotations, and the supply of goods and services.

1. Quote Requests Only

JRV Spares operates on a request-for-quotation (RFQ) basis. Prices displayed on product pages are indicative only and are not final or binding.

To obtain a valid quotation:

  • Customers must submit a quote request via the website, email, or phone.

  • All quote requests will be processed during working hours.

  • Final pricing, availability, and lead times will be confirmed in the official quote response.

2. Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice and are dependent on availability at the time of quote confirmation.

  • We source products from both local and international suppliers. Price fluctuations due to exchange rates, logistics, or supplier pricing may occur.

  • A quotation is valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Payment Terms

  • Orders will only be processed once full payment or agreed deposit is received.

  • Payment details and instructions will be provided upon acceptance of a quote.

  • JRV Spares does not currently support online checkout — payments are handled manually following quotation approval.

4. Product Information & Compatibility

  • Customers are responsible for verifying part compatibility with their machinery before ordering.

  • Our team can assist with technical advice, but final responsibility lies with the buyer.

  • Images and descriptions on the website are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the exact product supplied.

5. Returns & Cancellations

  • All sales are final once a quote is accepted and payment is made, unless a return is pre-authorized in writing.

  • Returns may be subject to a handling fee and must be made within 7 days of receipt in unused condition.

  • Custom or special-order items are non-returnable.

6. Delivery & Lead Times

  • Delivery timelines will be confirmed during the quotation process.

  • JRV Spares is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or supplier backorders.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon dispatch or collection of goods.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • JRV Spares is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or failure of parts supplied.

  • Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product quoted and supplied.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, content, product data, and website materials are the property of JRV Spares and may not be reused or distributed without written permission.
