We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Service Technician to join our team at JRV Spares. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining JCB construction equipment (3CX, 3DX, and 4CX models), ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on JCB equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
- Repair or replace faulty components using approved methods.
- Keep accurate service records and provide detailed job reports.
- Liaise with customers to provide technical support and advice.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working with heavy machinery or construction equipment.
- Knowledge of JCB equipment preferred.
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license.
